01 - Process Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
02 - Add softened cream cheese to crumbs and blend until fully combined and dough forms.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Gently shape each into slightly oval bunny heads.
04 - Cut mini marshmallows in half for tails and into slivers for ears. Set aside.
05 - Place shaped balls on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
06 - Microwave white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball in melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off and return to parchment.
08 - While coating is wet, attach two marshmallow slivers for ears and one half-marshmallow for tail.
09 - Let chocolate set for 5 to 10 minutes.
10 - Using toothpick dipped in pink candy melts or food coloring, add nose and fill ear interiors.
11 - Draw eyes with edible food marker or black decorating gel.
12 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
