# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The tropical fruit combination masks any chalky protein powder taste so well you will forget it is a health drink.
  • It takes exactly five minutes from opening the freezer to walking out the door with breakfast in hand.
02 -
  • Protein powder clumps if you dump it on top of frozen fruit, so always add it after the liquids and give it a quick stir before blending.
  • Fresh squeezed orange juice makes a noticeable difference in brightness, but the bottled stuff is perfectly fine when you are rushing out the door.
03 -
  • Pre portion all your fruit into zip bags and stash them in the freezer so your morning self only has to dump and blend without any chopping or measuring.
  • Let the blender run a full minute longer than you think it needs because the difference between good and silky smooth is about thirty extra seconds of blending.
