01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cayenne if using, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and tender with crispy edges.
05 - Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
06 - Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
